Yes I know, I’ve been neglecting my blogging routine and I couldn’t be more flustered with the workload bestowed upon me. But looking at the bright side, it means that I have a LIFE! I’m too busy to be sitting in front of my laptop feeling so darn bored till I have to blog my time away!

Let’s see, a lot happened during my m.i.a days and I mean A LOT! First up, I finally went clubbing for the first time and I got really drunk! I didn’t know that I would go as I thought I was just gonna attend a classmate of mine, Connie’s birthday. So I went to the pub or bistro where she had her birthday dinner, dressed in my best and didn’t exactly enjoyed my time there until when it was time to leave, we all decided that we should go clubbing. I was hesitant at first, having the knowledge that clubbing is everything but good but being the curious me, I decided why not give it a try? So I went, feeling excited and a little intimidated, stepped into the club and the atmosphere was exactly the way I’d imagined it to be; loud, smoky, and full of humans immersing themselves into a very different dimension.

Getting into a club isn’t exactly CHEAP. Just to enter a club, or at least the one I went; Glo, costs RM35 but if drinks is included, RM40+ would be the cheapest. So we all paid up, went in, and I started drinking my heart away like there’s no tomorrow. I wasn’t too fond of the surroundings in the club, it was really noisy and I was bored so I just drank and drank and drank, and drank. In no time, I’ve already had 6 bottoms up of vodka + coke and my heart was racing till I could hear my own heart beat. My body was just moving to it’s groove, I was HIGH. I began sms-ing my friends, Michael and Gary in a drunken way and boy did I shocked those two out. We left the club at about 12am because Deborah a.k.a The Cinderella had to go home plus I was drunk, very drunk. When I was leaving the club, Teng Seang had to whisk me out because I couldn’t even walk straight! I was just laughing and saying stuffs out loud, not knowing what was I exactly saying but nevertheless, I enjoyed my first outing at a club.

I went home, feeling like jello where as soon as I got into the house, I threw my keys and bag on the floor, took of my blouse and landed straight on my bed. I literally slept for 2 hours straight till I had this uneasy feeling that was really killing me, I went to the kitchen sink and guess what, I puked my heart out! Gosh, how embarassing but I was much better after I puked. I literally puked the alcohol out of me! So I called Gary, since he was also drinking on the same night and he was also drunk and I seriously needed someone to keep me composed, he came over to my house and we spent the whole night chatting with each other just to keep each other sane enough to march on till morning, he had to go for work and I had my college assignments urgently in process. (Thanks man, if it weren’t for you, I gonecase liao! <3) So we actually had the keyword that when we wanna go for a drink, just say kampai and always be ready to take care of each other whenever someone’s not feeling too normal.

Moving on, I’ve cut my hair (by myself!), my fringe actually into this china doll-esque look and actually, I like it!
Although I had people like Gary who called me a coconut head, Michael calling me a wannabe doll and Enrique calling me Amelie from the movie, Amelie! What’s up with my hairstyle? It’s only a bob! Sigh~ Fine, don’t care! I like my hairstyle! Screw all of you.

I wear it like everyday and people has been asking, why wear a cap? Wanna hide your weird looking fringe? I was like what the heck? Fine, no matter what, as long as I’m comfortable with my own style, screw all of you again.
I love the cap! Oh yea! I haven’t mention this, I’m wearing glasses! Yes a little nerdy but I guess it helps my vision, so whatever! Although.. I don’t have to wear it 24-7! Not blind yet la, my vision is perfectly clear even without the glasses! And oh yes! Since I’ve been having this craze for caps, Gary gave me one of his caps! He gave me a few options, a Nike Golf, A Bossini Pro Boarding and a FILA. So being the FILA girl that I am, I grabbed the FILA instantly (or more likely he chucked the cap right onto my head) and I am sooooo in love with it! Thank you very muchie! <3 and apparently he’s very proud that I’m a walking advertisement for FILA. Grrrrrr!
Already had a very endearing alcohol filled experience at Glo, I went drinking again the following week but this time, it was just at the beach. My friend and I stopped at 7-11 to stock in on KAMPAI and some snacks before heading to the beach, we poured out the mat and just chatted and drank time away until.. GARY comes! Coincidence? Maybe! He was also there with his colleagues and we ended up playing dares instead of truth or dare. It was really really really LAME but I had fun! Some of the dares I had to do was go up to a random guy, ask for his name (Angleless was the name, what a LAME name) and hug him, kiss Gary on the nose LAME!, kiss Chan on the cheek (how dare he fall asleep after it!), walk a distance from the group and yell out loud that I’m A BITCH, lick someone’s face (Euwwww!) basically that was all I had to do. Some people for instance Gary, had to jog around the beach in his boxers, do 5 push ups on top of me (I was terrified as shit), and worse, pose out a sexual intercourse and guess who’s the unlucky one who had to pose with him, ME!

So yea, that was the night at the beach, Gary and his group left before dawn and I was still there with my friend, half drunk and chatting. We decided that we would leave when the sun rises and thank God I was there when the sun rised! It was so beautiful! The sky was clear, colourful and absolutely breathtaking! Sad thing was I didn’t manage to take photo because I didn’t bring my camera! Oh yea, being half awake, I drove the car back home!

Nightmare!
I went to the PC Fair held at the Penang International Sports Arena mainly to cover the news that I was supposed to write an article for my News Writing project. Honestly, I think that was one the most idiotic thing I did in this month, already I didn’t sleep the whole night before, having to drive there in my brother’s humoungous Proton Perdana (I hate hate hate driving BIG & LONG cars, Justin is a weirdo, wanting to drive a HUMMER in PENANG! SIAO!) and with the crowd there I was just totally frustrated with myself! I walked around feeling like I’m in some sort of world that only I exist alone. The noise, the atmosphere! Totally a pain to my senses. However I managed to get my story and the pictures needed, Thank GOD!
possibly a future poser with cars? HIRE ME!!!!!!Also, for my Consumer Behavior assignment, Protege which is my team had to analyze the SMART market and honestly for a first assignment, it was really streneous but FUN! I got to get upclose and sort of personal with the SMART cars! FUN!
Another thing happened was I finally did my first radio interview! It was just a practise run but boy was it terrifying, for me at least. I thought I’m confident enough but as soon as the on cue is given, I just froze and stutter in nervousness. I promise, I’ll practise long and hard till I overcome all my bad bad bad performance! So probably in the next few weeks or so, you’ll be hearing DJ Wendy exclusively on Beat FM, where the music just keeps beating away!
I’ve been going to the cinema alot this year, and till today, I’ve already been to the cinema 19 times! (don’t believe me? I’ll show you the tickets!) I’ve watched Night At The Museum, Pathfinder (sucks big time!), Blood and Chocolate (sucks even more!), Blood Diamond (watched it twice!), Just Follow Law (watched it twice too!), Music & Lyrics, The Holiday, In The Pursuit of Happyness & Dreamgirls (on the same day!), The Reaping, Catch and Release (do not watch it! I fell asleep in the first 10 minutes!), Meet The Robinsons, It’s A Wonderful Life (movie yang tak masuk akal), Bridge To Terabithia, 300, Pan’s Labyrinth, and Hit & Blast! Phew~ more bang bang bang movies coming up in the next few months, I’m eagerly waiting for Pirates, Fantastic Four and Spider-man! also, my usual movie kaki’s (Gary, Deborah, Teng Seang) better be on standby!
